Home from London in time to help move the cows to a neighbours field

They were so difficult about getting into Kate’s trailer and Lily even jumped over the fence to escape! Kate haltered then and we pushed and pulled them and cajoled them into the trailer.
The effort was rewarded with a meadow full of delicious, thigh high grass. We will visit them every day.

When we got the trailer back to Kate’s it was my job to hose it down and Jeremy’s to wield the brush. Not the best job to do in the clothes I wore to London but at least I had donned wellie boots!
