The other Silkie hen has gone broody and is sitting on 8 assorted eggs in the chicken ark

We don’t want any more Silkie hens (the other Mrs Silkie has six Silkie chicks that she hatched a few weeks ago)

so we have given this hen a mixture of eggs to sit on and in three weeks time we will see what we have. Don’t count your chickens……..
