We don’t have mains drainage outside of the villages and once (sometimes twice) a year the water treatment plant (septic tank) needs to be emptied. We have used the same company every time and this year they have a new lorry about which they are very proud. It cost over a quarter of a million pounds!

The charming driver is also carrying out essential maintenance work for Affinity Water – keeping us all safe and flowing.
