Yesterday we let Dom’s daughter and her two day lamb out into the field. Last night we brought them back into the barn so that we could give the little lamb some top up milk. He is a very slow feeder. However, this morning, his tummy feels round and he seems to be feeding from mum – slowly.

I think we will keep them in for one more day. I am especially glad that he didn’t have to weather the atrocious rain in the early hours of the morning.

I am trying to get the twins to feed from a bucket but, of course, they much prefer a warm bottle. I have given them some hay to try and they are showing an interest.
