Some ingredients are ours and some are from the shop

Cook some bulgar wheat and quinoa mix (Courtesy of Mr Tesco) plus the seeds of a large pomegranate (can I grow pomegranates in England and will they fruit?). Add a good helping of fat spring onions from the polytunnel and some fresh, homegrown corander. Lemon juice and olive oil, salt and pepper and we have a pretty and delicious accompaniment to the dinner menu tonight.
