Blood and guts

We went to shut up the poultry. From a distance I could see the Bantam cockerel outside his run, jumping up and down in fight mode. Inside the run was a bloodied young cockerel. ( see his neck and feet below).

We separated the birds and Jeremy trimmed the Bantam’s wings to try and prevent him flying out of his run and fighting again. Mr Bantie also had a bloody neck and crop and slightly bloody feet. Oh dear!
