Five minutes early for an appointment in St Neots gave me the opportunity to walk through Church Walk to St Neots Parish Church – dating back to the 15th Century and adorned with Victorian stained glass windows.

The plaques to soldiers fallen in the First World War and the Boer War ( indeed any wars) always sadden me wherever I see them.
