Raspberry and Tayberry jam (with a few little strawberries thrown in).

The tayberries help the jam to set and give it a tangy flavour.

The gooseberries have been picked, weighed, topped and tailed and put into the freezer in 1 kg packs. Now its the turn of the raspberries, tayberries, black, white and redcurrants to ripen in the warm, sunny days of summer.
