As I took my constitutional this morning some glimmering objects caught my eyes. A three year old’s party balloons ended up in the hedge in Mill Road.

No terrible damage done (except it’s unsightliness) but in some instances horses have choked to death and many of these balloons land in the sea, rivers and streams affecting marine life. Display them, enjoy them then pop them and put them in the bin.
