It’s delicious and sooo good for you. When I tasted it a few months ago I was shocked that a childhood memory came back to me… my parents used to drink it but called it ‘buttermilk’.
In keeping with the Eastern European recipes I love to drink Kefir as a drink alongside kasha (buckwheat)….or sometimes with a curry … Jo Xx
Kefir is great blended with bananas its like a banana milkshake then 🙂 Rich likes it neat but i defo need it flavoured
