And Jeremy has confirmed that the two lambs are girls (whoopee) and the mothers are my favourite sheep, Pinky and Perky (they must be Tufty’s favourite sheep too). Jeremy has now put all ewes and the newborns in the paddock and Tufty is able to see them and lick them through the fence but not able to biff them. Last week there was a photo in The Times of an early lamb…..these are pretty close to being the earliest. Maybe next year.
