Every morning we open the duck house and the ducks stretch their wings, rise up into the air and land in the pond for an early morning dip. This morning they were surprised to find themselves standing on an ice rink! The warmth of the rising sun and their bodies has begun to melt the ice and they are now swimming happily. Skates for Xmas?
