We stored the Bramleys at the end of September. Each one carefully checked and bruise free, wrapped individually in newspaper and placed in a cardboard box. I have been taking them out as required and most are fine. Yesterday I unwrapped seven apples and one was completely black and rotten but it had not spoiled the rest of the bunch.
