Sautéed Swiss Chard

Full of vitamins A, K and C, Chard is a leafy green vegetable which grows abundantly in our garden. I used olive oil in a wok to stir fry garlic and home grown onions and red peppers.  Then I added the rainbow coloured Chard stems and finally the dark green shredded leaves flavoured with salt and pepper and lemon juice.  Delicious and nutritious.
