Meanwhile our friends in North Miami returned home to find their mango tree split in half, their driveway covered in fallen debris and no power.  They were the lucky ones.  Their local bagel shop is flooded and the downtown area where their son lives is also under water.  We are thinking of them and all those across the region affected by Irma.
