I was worried that with a grey, rainy start to the morning, mum might feel cold.  So, on September 4th at 7 am I lit the small wood burner.  It burst into life, delighted to be of service again.  But the kitchen and small living room are now toasty hot and outside it is warm and the sun is shining.
