I walked over to our neighbour’s where Josie had settled last time she went AWOL.  But this time they hadn’t seen Josie.  I want to convince myself that she has eaten a rabbit and is “sleeping it off” but I have a sinking feeling that all is not well. If Mabel knows anything she is refusing to tell me!
