This morning I watched Josie giving Mack what looked like a kiss and then Mack licked Josie’s head repeatedly as if he were grooming her.  Not so Mabel who is still very jealous of the interloper.  This evening the three cats strode ahead of me into the cat 

barn and then Josie cosied up to Mack.   The same Mack who growled and spat at Josie when she first appeared at The Gables just a few short weeks ago.  Come on Mabel, now it’s your turn to make nice.
