Sautée a kilo of chopped onions in sunflower oil, then add 500g of peeled and chopped mushrooms and stir. Add some marmite, pepper and garlic salt (to taste) and add 3 pkts of quorn mince and stir. When all ingredients hot and soft put into two large dishes and cover with baked beans – two tins per dish.


Then cover with mashed potato and put in the oven to bake for half an hour or so until the potato topping is gently brown. I am going to freeze them to be defrosted and used next week when our guests are coming to stay.
