Mrs Silkie and her two chicks are in the run next door.  We have two more Maran hens sitting on eggs in the orchard and hoping that another is going broody so that we can sit her on top of one of the goose eggs.  Four ducks are sitting on eggs ……its Poultry time at The Gables.
