Lambs, calves, chicks and ducklings but no goslings

So, in desperation, Jeremy has set up a temporary shelter for geese next to the hay.  It is lined with soft straw, There is a bucket of food, a bucket of water and a paddling pool.  The hope is that they will lay some eggs that will be safe from the scavenging crows.  We can then put one or two of these eggs under a broody hen or even under a willing goose.  We won’t keep them in too long, just for a few days to see if the experiment works.   They have plenty of space ….but no television!
