I am trying to use up the frozen soft fruit from last year because the rhubarb is growing at quite a pace – the result of rain and sunshine and lots of cow manure put on the rhubarb patch in the autumn.  We even have rhubarb in pots outside the poly tunnel. If anyone wants rhubarb then just come and collect after Easter.  You will be doing me a favour especially as I asked Jeremy to dig a second bed two years ago as I thought one lot of rhubarb wouldn’t be sufficient.  Mistake!
