Sieste has twin lamb syndrome, which is why she will only feed one of the twins.  She has lost a lot of weight and we are giving her medicine with a syringe and hoping that she will start to eat again.  She has very little milk in her udder.  Maybe enough for one lamb but definitely not two.  So…….out came the old cat crate, lined with straw.  Out came the lamb powder and bottle and steriliser and here we are again…..bottle feeding Sweetie Pie (and mum is giving her soothing strokes to calm her down).
