Catering for special diets

Whenever we have a crowd of visitors staying for the weekend we always email them to see what food allergies people have or what foods they cannot eat.  We had garlic free cooking, lots of gluten free cookery, lactose intolerance, pepper allergy and many more. This weekend I am catering for some other dietary requirements and I enjoy the challenge.  In fact the mashed sweet potato looks (and tastes) yummy so I will ask Jeremy if he can grow some.  I was listening to GQT the other day and it sounds as though they are difficult to produce.  That’s a challenge for the gardener at The Gables.
