Grandson is staying for a couple of days over half term.  Part of the deal is that we “negotiate” a lot.  A Wednesday walk means that he will be allowed to watch Arsenal v Bayerne Munich on TV tonight.  So we strode off with the group and three dogs, two small and one large.  It was fun and we saw horses and diggers, ponds and ditches full of fast flowing water.  We dodged the occasional van and chatted as we walked and there was, of course, a bribe of some sweeties half way along the route.
