While I was in London this morning Jeremy and Chris moved the Silkie hen and her mate (her father but don’t tell anyone) to a larger run and hen house near the kitchen back door.  They were separated from the other Silkies when the five young cockerels began to peck at their father and bloodied him.  So maybe father and daughter will produce some chicks……will they have two heads?
