Not many people like change and nor do the animals.  The geese have a delightful new house and pond but they refuse to come out of their house in the morning.  Geese have their eyes on the side of their heads so perhaps they can’t see the small door or maybe they are frightened.  The three girls follow their leader and so, just now, I bravely grabbed him by the neck (so that he couldn’t sink his teeth into my arm) and pushed all three girls through the door and out into the fresh air.  He immediately followed them.  Let’s hope I don’t have as much trouble getting them back in the house tonight.
