Lunch with mum and a few tasks in London and then an easy run up the A1 just before rush hour commuter traffic.  At The Gables Jeremy and Chris had spent the morning putting up some fencing around the new pond.  It is all part of a grand scheme to liberate the poly tunnel by moving the geese to the new pond, the ducks to the old duck run (with the addition of a smaller poly tunnel to keep them in) and then the chickens can move into the barn where the ducks are living at present.  Its a game of merry go round for poultry until they are allowed out by the Authorities.
