Jeremy is cutting out the old wood and tying up the new canes on which we hope for raspberries from spring until the late autumn.  As well as pots of jam we still have some tubs of raspberry sorbet in the freezer reminding us of delights to come when we can pick fresh berries and cram them into our mouths.
