Don’t you wish that you had some?

Latkes, latkes they taste fine

Oh I could eat them all the time!

With the amount of oil used for frying it is just as well that we  only eat Latkes at chanukah time. Jeremy is the super latke maker and uses grated Gables potatoes and onions mixed with egg and seasoning and some matzo meal, shallow fried in sunflower oil. until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.  Don’t count the calories.
