These peppers are small but they pack a “huge” punch.  These are the last of the chili peppers to come out of the greenhouse.  We will dry some of them and put others straight into the freezer.  Any remaining peppers will be mixed with the tomatillos and garlic and roasted in the oven to make hot salsa sauce.  Keep some water close to hand!
