Rhubarb gin……cheers!

We found an unopened bottle of gin in the drinks cupboard a few weeks ago.  Jeremy did some research and decided to use one of the large jars to store gin, sugar and cut up fresh rhubarb.  To be shaken every second day by yours truly and then decanted ( by him) last night into an empty whisky bottle.  We did have a taste and it is delicious.  Next tipple to be concocted will be sloe gin, ready for the Xmas holidays.
