Some new friends visited The Gables this afternoon with two of their grandchildren.  Grandpa was very taken with Wiggle and the children were very keen on Mack and Mabel and also with bugs and caterpillars.  They wanted to take some cinnabar caterpillars home in a box  but, as they feed on poisonous ragwort, we decided to leave them here “in the wild”.
