Busy times in the Barn Kitchen

Jeremy has been cooking all morning in the Barn Kitchen.  Frying slices of aubergine, skinning tomatoes, peeling onions and finally producing the divine smell and look of trays of Melanzane di Parmigiana.  In addition, last week he cooked two trays of potato kugel and two of ratatouille which are all in the freezer.  Our Friday guests are in for a treat and so am I.
