At the far end of the vegetable garden Jeremy has planted Jack be Little pumpkins and also a larger variety of pumpkin which starts off dark green and changes colour to orange (in time for Halloween?).  I usually fill the small squashes with a risotto mix and bake in the oven but the large ones are going to be quite a challenge to cook and store so maybe a Halloween lantern is the answer.
