Were “mugged” with buckets of food to come into the field shelter. Once inside the gentle farmer Rob used a halter (kindly brought to us by Kate) to throw over the horns of first Barney and then later Larry. He managed to get the halter over the bullock’s muzzle and then tied him to the barn divider. In seconds he had calmed the beast and then quickly tagged one ear and then the next. He repeated the same deft handiwork with the halter and the clippers on Larry and in next to no time the boys were back out in the field with their mothers, Lucy and Beattie. Well done Rob and thank you. Our cattle and sheep are now legal.
