In less than two weeks we will be using The Barn and accommodation for a Yoga Retreat. An experienced and excellent teacher will be giving the classes, a village friend will be taking the participants on a footpath walk and I will be preparing and serving the food. The teacher suggested that I use healthy, wholemeal flour so I am making the pastry, rolls and chocolate chip cookies with same and I hope that the guests will enjoy the food, the barn and the peace and quiet (except for quacking call ducks) of The Gables.
