As we began our Tai Chi class this morning I moved a candle on the windowsill to use as a paperweight for our five pound note class fees. Perched on the candle holder, motionless, was a hibernating butterfly that has taken residence in the barn for the cold winter months. Heather told me that they have a hibernating butterfly in the church. Let’s hope they both survive and when the sun comes streaming through the windows they will begin to fly and eventually return to the great outdoors.
