Combining three of my favourite foods in one little tartlet…..egg, cheese and olives in homemade pastry case with a teaspoon of tomato purée underneath each olive.  My brother in law of 41 years hates olives but, don’t worry, there will plenty of other food here at the weekend when you join us to hear The Fabulous MickyC and friends play live in the barn.
