One of our guests last weekend made a delicious couscous and pomegranate salad.  I couldn’t stop eating it and when it was all gone I googled the recipe and found that I would have to buy all the ingredients as we don’t produce couscous or grow pomegranates and the coriander isn’t available at The Gables in December.  So as a Christmas treat I visited St Neots Tesco and bought what I needed and I am looking forward to a weekend of delicious salad.  Thanks Bubbles and Nigella.
