A day of “firsts”.

We held the FIRST Tai Chi class in the barn this morning with 9 local participants and a very patient and experienced “master” from Eynesbury. It was the FIRST time that I had emptied and refilled the duck bath and the third FIRST ( if you can have a third first?) was that I planted six rows of onion sets.  I am not really a gardener…… I do the hoeing and weeding and grass cutting,  but I did this on my own and the results will be evident or not until the weather gets too cold for them to grow. More than likely they will grow in a wiggly line as I am not too good with straight rows even though I used a string tied between two sticks!
