We took our friends on “The Gables Tour”  – which seems to take about an hour – showing them the animals, the vegetable garden and the barns.  When we opened the big barn and put on the lights we found a small bird flying around the roof and swinging from some ceiling wire.  We have left the windows and door open to see if it will find its way outside.
