Our friend and neighbour, Kate, presses apples from her orchard and produces pure juice completely additive free.  Yesterday she presented us with a bottle from the recent batch and, honestly, it is the most delicious juice I have ever tasted.  So, as I watch over the bubbling chutney, I am treating myself to a glass or two of pure Bedfordshire apple juice.  Cheers!
