Another nest in the roof

Andy,the plasterer,  and his son Elliot found another nest in the barn roof as they were plastering in the gable.  This one has two broken eggs inside, one that may have hatched and another with yellow liquid in the shell that most likely did not develop.  They may be swallows eggs but if anyone knows………

  1. What a beautiful nest, I would say that is a Blackbird judging by the size and construction and the eggs are Blackbirds, but then again I have never seen a Thrush’s eggs, maybe someone knows better than me!
