For our expected guests who are joining us for a “late summer, Bank Holiday!” lunch.  Hot celery soup on the menu, courgette quiche, ratatouille and salads, plus plum crumble or apple and raspberry crumble…..served hot to take the chill out of our bones.  So much for summer!
