Last night Jeremy culled the rhubarb and I had a wheelbarrow load of rhubarb stems to wash, trim and cook. This morning, early, he cut a barrow load of baby artichokes. They have been soaked in vinegar water and they are ready to be boiled, drained and served sometime over the weekend.
