From plot to pot to plate in less than five minutes!

“Have you put the water on yet? I’m not cutting them until the water is boiling”, says Jeremy. So on goes the pan and in come the asparagus to be trimmed and rinsed in vinegar water to remove any bugs (none visible to my naked eye) and then into the pot to cook for a minute and then onto the plate to be eaten with butter, or vinaigrette or mayonnaise or just on their own. Delicious!
