Another day of visitors and then a vital call from a wonderful wizard of a computer “fixer” who cured my laptop and downloaded nearly 8000 photos from my ipad to the PC. Thank you Stephen.
One of our visitors wants to start her own organic farm and retreat so she decided to come and see The Gables for ideas and inspiration. She is also looking for investors so if anyone wants to back her venture just leave a comment.
Whilst Stephen was curing the computer and trying to teach me how to save my photographs into folders, Jeremy set to work in the kitchen making and baking two of the many pumpkins that are proliferating around the vegetable plot. These are a small variety, brilliantly coloured and delicious. Plenty more for the baking and taking. Just come and collect.

Oh I wish! Living off Osem crackers and processed cheese here in Mongolia. Fascinating place, but on starvation rations food-wise. Your blogs are making me even hungrier.
