Omelettes cooked by Chef Jeremy made with new laid eggs,courgettes, tomatoes and shallots. Also pickled new green cucumbers, runner bean chutney and potato salad, followed by a dish of damson plums.

Our grandson and his little friend collected the eggs from the laying boxes. They were still warm!
We sent our adult guests home with runner beans, courgettes, lettuces and potatoes.
Now they have gone we will go back to working in the garden.
