We are working hard to try and finish all that has to be done before our visitors arrive. Craig and his lovely wife Karen really pulled the stops out to complete the tiling and grouting and the shower doors and to tidy up and clean the floors and windows. Even Neil (bless him) turned up at a weekend to lend a hand. Thank you especially to Karen, it was above and beyond the call of duty. At first light ( nearly) Bob was here to complete the electrical installations and test all the appliances…..we passed. Richard arrived to put up the curtains and they look gorgeous and Seth rode the train to from Finsbury Park to St Neots to help Jeremy assemble beds and furniture. I am cutting the grass, making refreshments and putting duvets in covers.

In London the troops are shopping and cooking assorted delicacies and we are all in a state of excitement and some trepidation about the weather forecast. Will keep you posted.
We are all excited and the bakers are all hard at work here!
PG the sun will shine as it is today!
